Hiltz Project
This project featured the creation of two elegant staircases—one connecting the basement to the main floor, and another ascending from the main floor to the second level. Crafted from exquisite red oak, the stairs boasted closed risers for a refined and structured look. The design incorporated an open stringer on one side, allowing for a light and airy aesthetic. To elevate the visual impact, we complemented the staircases with 12mm tempered glass railings, secured with matte black stainless steel standoffs. On the opposite side, a sleek stainless steel handrail provided a striking contrast, blending durability with sophistication.
On the second floor and main floor railings, we opted for a black baseshoe that harmonized with the other design elements, creating a cohesive and modern look. Situated near the kitchen, the client desired to infuse warmth into the space, leading us to select a palette of warm tones for the wood and finishes. This choice not only created a seamless flow with the surrounding interior but also enhanced the welcoming atmosphere of the home, perfectly balancing function and aesthetic appeal.
